Early in my motherhood journey, I experienced postpartum depression and quickly realized that people-pleasing was only pulling me further away from myself. Trying to be everything for everyone left me exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode. Something had to change.
I decided to save myself and become my own hero.
That decision led me to begin practicing consistent HALT check-ins—pausing to notice when I was Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired, and meeting those needs with compassion instead of judgment. Over time, those small, intentional check-ins changed everything. I became more present, more grounded, and more connected to my peace and purpose. I stopped merely surviving and began truly thriving.
That was just the beginning.

where I share practical tools, lived experience, and nervous-system–informed practices that help people break free from self-abandoning habits and build lives that truly feel like their own.
